Removal, replacement, and reflow of BGA and fine-pitch packages. Careful prep, controlled heat, and inspection before anything ships back.
Electro-surgery for circuit boards: BGA rework, trace and pad repair, and component-level diagnosis for companies that need boards fixed, not replaced. Send us the work most shops won't touch.
Board-level work under the microscope, with proper microsoldering equipment. If it is on the board, we can work on it.
Removal, replacement, and reflow of BGA and fine-pitch packages. Careful prep, controlled heat, and inspection before anything ships back.
Lifted pads, cut or corroded traces, and damaged vias rebuilt by hand. The fixes that make a written-off board work again.
USB-C and charge ports, board-to-board connectors, FPC sockets, and headers replaced cleanly, in ones or in batches.
No power, no boot, shorted rails, intermittent faults. We diagnose to the failed component and repair it, instead of guessing at module swaps.
VFDs, servo amplifiers, PLCs, HMIs, CNC controllers, and industrial power supplies. Repaired at board level, verified under load, and backed by a 12 month repair warranty.
Discontinued units the OEM no longer supports. We reverse-engineer the fault and bring the board back, because sometimes a replacement simply does not exist.
Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and power supplies off the line. Rush turnaround available when a machine is down.
Component-level avionics repair for Garmin, Dynon, BendixKing, and other aircraft electronics.
Custom builds, board modifications, and small-batch rework for Raspberry Pi, SBCs, and your own hardware.
Overflow board-level work from other shops: the microsoldering jobs beyond a screen-and-battery bench.
One technician owns your board from intake to final test. You talk directly to the person holding the soldering iron, not a ticket queue, and you approve every repair before it happens.
If a board can be saved, we save it. If it can't, you'll hear that honestly before you spend money on repair work.
One board or a recurring program, the flow is the same.
Start with the contact form: make, model, fault, and quantity. You'll hear back from a technician, usually within one business day.
Mail the whole unit or just the board to our Colorado Springs lab. UK customers can use our London intake address.
We diagnose to the component and send you a firm quote. The diagnostic is credited toward the repair, and nothing is charged until you approve.

Rework means removing and replacing components on an assembled board: BGA replacement, connector swaps, or design-change modifications. Circuit board repair means restoring a faulty board to working order, from a lifted pad to a dead power rail. We do both, at the component level, under the microscope.
Yes. Depot repair and recurring arrangements are a core part of what we do, from manufacturers sending drives and control boards to repair shops that hand us the board-level work most shops won't touch. Tell us what your flow looks like and we'll set up a process that fits.

Yes. Discontinued and obsolete units are a specialty: we reverse-engineer the fault, repair at the component level, and source parts at cost. When a replacement no longer exists, repair is the plan.
Either works. Many customers ship the complete unit, such as a drive, a controller, or an avionics unit, and we handle teardown and reassembly. If you have already pulled the board, send just the board.
